KiwiLord is a modded Minecraft server running on 1.19.2. You’ll need the CurseForge launcher and the KiwiLord modpack to join.

What you need

(If you don’t have the modpack installed, Minecraft will say the server is incompatible — that’s normal.)

Install the modpack (CurseForge)

Install CurseForge (Minecraft 1.19.2)

  1. Download and install the CurseForge app for your computer.
  2. Open CurseForge and select Minecraft on the left.
  3. Click Create Custom Profile.
  4. Set the Minecraft Version to 1.19.2 and choose the required mod loader.
  5. Click Create, then launch the profile once to let Minecraft finish setup.

Once CurseForge is installed, you will launch the modpack from inside CurseForge, which then opens the Minecraft client for you.

  1. Download the modpack zip using the Get the Modpack button above.
  2. Go to Minecraft My Modpacks.
  3. Click Create Custom Profile (or the Import button).
  4. Choose Import, then select the downloaded kiwilord-modpack.zip.
  5. After it imports, click Play.

Important

You must launch Minecraft from the modpack in CurseForge (not the normal Minecraft launcher), or the server will not let you in.

Join the server

Manual install (Mac or PC)

If you prefer not to use CurseForge, you can install the modpack manually. These steps assume you already have a compatible mod loader and Minecraft version installed.

Windows (PC)

  1. Download kiwilord-modpack.zip.
  2. Open Run (Win + R) and paste %appdata%\\.minecraft.
  3. Open the mods folder (create it if it does not exist).
  4. Unzip the modpack. If the zip includes a mods folder, copy its contents into your mods folder.
  5. Launch Minecraft using the required mod loader and version.

macOS

  1. Download kiwilord-modpack.zip.
  2. Open Finder → Go Go to Folder…
  3. Paste ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft.
  4. Open the mods folder (create it if it does not exist).
  5. Unzip the modpack. If the zip includes a mods folder, copy its contents into your mods folder.
  6. Launch Minecraft using the required mod loader and version.

Note: If the modpack includes config, resourcepacks, or shaderpacks folders, copy those into the same .minecraft directory as well.

Troubleshooting

“Incompatible version”

You’re probably on the wrong Minecraft version or missing the modpack. Confirm you launched the KiwiLord Modpack and it’s 1.19.2.

Game crashes on launch

Try allocating more RAM in CurseForge settings, then restart. If it still crashes, reinstall the modpack.

“Missing mods” / “Mod mismatch”

Make sure your modpack is fully updated. If you manually added mods, remove them and use the official modpack only.

Still stuck? Ask for help in the KiwiLord community chat/Discord (add link here when ready).
